As a Payroll Specialist, you will play an important role in accurate & timely calculation of salaries, wages and entitlements as well as the maintenance of records and distribution of payroll reporting. You'll be comfortable with all end to end areas of Chris21 and will need to run fortnightly pay runs, whilst providing expert knowledge to the employees of Lifeblood. Sound interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for;
Excellent customer service skills, able to build strong working relationships

End to end Payroll experience in a medium to large organisation with multiple enterprise agreements

Strong Chris21 experience with confidence across all areas of the system

An enthusiastic, self-motivated and pro-active team player that is driven by challenge and thrives on accountability

Proficiency with a time & attendance system preferably Time Target

A strong up-to-date working knowledge on the calculations & treatment of terminations, redundancies or special events

This is a permanent, full time opportunity and you will report directly into the Payroll & Operations Manager. This role is based in our Melbourne office with the ability to work from home for portions of the week.
