Due to a significant period of change they are now looking for an exceptional Payroll expert to steady the ship through a major transformation programme.
Working closely with Group Finance you will be responsible for managing & delegating the day to day running of a national payroll team. Managing both a weekly and monthly payroll your team will be responsible for the delivery of all payroll activity, which requires expertise knowledge of payroll legislation, multiple awards and common law contracts. As your team manage the day to day your focus will be in continuous improvements and change management processes, flowcharting and identifying areas of opportunities and gaps in current work practices, automating and streamlining efficiencies.
To be successful in this role you will have managed a large complex payroll team through times of explosive growth. Exposure to systems upgrades is highly regarded as is the ability to develop and mentor staff. You will have a strong worth ethic and enjoy all facets of leading and building teams, projects and transformation.
