Downer is seeking a **Lead Zero Harm Advisor - Central West **to support our Transport & Infrastructure business across South Australia, Western Australia and Northern Territory. This role will contribute to the implementation of the Zero Harm Strategy, innovation strategies and embedding a Zero Harm culture and initiatives into all operational functions across their region.

This full-time role based out of either Adelaide or Perth will assist their regions operational teams in all aspects of Zero Harm as well as provide support to Advisors by providing best practice advice on all Zero Harm activities. Due to the nature of the role, regional and interstate travel and night shift may be required at times in order to align with operational requirements and meet the business needs.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Health and Safety professional, working in high-risk industries preferably civil road maintenance, construction or infrastructure.
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Health & Safety or Level 4 Certificate.
- Lead ICAM Incident Investigation and Lead Internal Auditor (desirable).
- Management experience; leading/managing a high performing team.
- Experience leading audits and preparation of corrective actions and reports.
- Ability to positively influence change and communicate effectively with multiple types of stakeholders.
- High level of problem solving with the ability to professionally manage complex issues.
- Flexible with interstate and regional travel as well as night shift.
