**Your new opportunity**:
In this role you will:

- Deliver effective training, activities and assessments in accordance with approved resources and other relevant documentation
- Conduct regular reviews and modifications of training requirements and resources to ensure recency and relevance
- Prepare quotations & business cases for new training opportunities
- Liaise with key stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure continuous improvement
- Record and report on training and assessment delivered to individuals and groups in accordance with records management procedures.

**About you**:

- Certificate III in Diesel Mechanics or equivalent
- Experience in developing skills in others through formal and informal teaching/coaching environments. Certificate IV in TAA/TAE would be ideal
- Experience servicing MAN engines or similar
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
