The People and Culture (P&C) team are on the lookout for a detail orientated and enthusiastic P&C Administrator to join their high performing and close-knit team.

**A little bit about the role**:
Reporting into the Senior People & Culture Business Partner, the People & Culture Administrator will provide administration services and support to the P&C Team of National Storage, relating to the full employee lifecycle from onboarding and offboarding, employment of staff and general assistance with other ad hoc tasks and in addition to the P&C projects.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Manage the shared HR Inbox, including responding to appropriate enquiries and notifying senior P&C team members of higher-level enquiries (including performance management related issues).
- Create and issue accurate employment contracts and onboarding documents.
- Liaise with Payroll to ensure that all paperwork for new employees has been received and completed correctly.
- Manage P&C information for pay run, including but not limited to ensuring correct details sent to payroll and P&C resources and systems are updated accordingly.
- Draft employee change letters and associated documentation to support with changes within the employee lifecycle.
- Assist the Recruitment team with ad hoc recruitment tasks, when required.
- Create, maintain, manage all personnel files (Staff e-files), including liaising with leaders to obtain any missing items and transferring file upon cessation of employee.
- Assisting with various HR reporting and people metrics as required.
- Assist with record keeping/diary notes for P&C related discussions as instructed by senior P&C team members.
- Provide P&C service and support to internal/external stakeholders as required.
- Assist with the maintenance and management of P&C related software in recruitment, training/compliance (LMS) and payroll, including the implementation of HRIS as directed.

- ** HR qualification or curious about all things HR?** If you’ve got a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, or a keen interest in working in HR - we’re keen to hear from you
- ** Team Player & Go Getter?**If you’re collaborative, yet confident to work autonomously and take initiative when needed, this is the mindset we’re searching for
- ** Efficiency expert?** If you can identify HR process improvements and suggest changes to boost efficiency, we’re all ears
- ** Organisation Extraordinaire** - Juggling tasks with top notch time management skills, is just what’s needed for this role
- ** Excel at Excel?** If Microsoft Excel, is your second language, we want you to join our team
