**Who are we looking for?**
We are looking for a property manager with a minimum of 2 year’s experience, to be considered for this role you must have your Agents Rep certificate and current drivers’ licence.

The portfolio is tightly run, with 150 properties within the South Eastern suburbs and we require you to live in the area so its efficient for you to manage and have local knowledge of the properties and clients.

**What will you be doing?**

Our clients have tried to remove all the tedious parts of property management, so most admin related tasks are completed by a support team, all leasing is taken care of and their cloud-based systems make everything else a lot easier. Your duties will include:

- Routine inspections
- Handling of maintenance
- Final bond inspections
- Rent Reviews - with assistance
- Arrears management
- Relationship building

You will have the flexibility and quality of life to spend more time around your family while still being part of a likeminded team.
