**Your Role**:
As a Delivery Lead/ Scrum Master you will be leading and overseeing the team in developing, optimizing, and automating the core platform using reusable patterns & blueprints for Azure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders to ensure project modules align with cloud governance policies and strategic objectives.
- **Scrum Leadership**:Guide the team in adhering to the Scrum framework, facilitating ceremonies, and proactively removing obstacles to maintain momentum and productivity.
- **Agile Coaching**:Mentor and support the Scrum team in embracing Agile principles and implementing best practices to enhance delivery outcomes.
- **Project Oversight**:Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with defined plans, timelines, and quality standards.
- **Transparent Communication**:Provide clear and consistent updates on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including business leaders and cross-functional teams.
- **Cloud Expertise**:Leverage deep knowledge of Azure services and technologies to drive efficiency and optimize project execution.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Identify and implement opportunities to boost team performance, productivity, and delivery effectiveness.
- **Risk Management**:Proactively assess and mitigate risks that may impact project success, ensuring timely resolution and mínimal disruption.

**Your Profile**:

- Scrum Master certification is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills are essential.
- Ability to identify and solve problems, and to coach the team in doing so.
- Experience with Azure services, infrastructure, and DevOps practices.Familiarity with relevant technical skills, such as software development, cloud computing, and DevOps**What you’ll love about working here**
