Our Opportunity
We are currently seeking a professional with experience in SAP Organisational Management in the delivery of support and advice to the broader People & Culture team, and Business Managers, in maintaining the Organisational Life Cycle across Goodman Fielder.
This critical function drives all People & Culture technologies and processes through the SAP organisational structures.

**The key responsibilities for this role include**:

- Delivery of the SAP Org Structure
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement
- Ensuring the integrity of the data, and is maintained and current
- Performing regular audits
- Generation of documentation
- Coordination of approvals and generation changes

About You

**The successful applicant for this role will have**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years previous experience in SAP Organisational Management
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Past process improvement experience
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management (essential)
