**Your New Role**

Within this newly created role, you will report to the Director Capability and Culture and support the organisation in cultivating a diverse and inclusive culture. Some of the key aspects of this exciting opportunity will include project managing the implementation of the Benevolent Inclusion and Diversity Strategy. You will support the establishment and sustainability of Diversity Networks, which may include culturally and linguistically diverse staff, LGBTIQA+ staff with Disabilities and neurodivergent staff. You will be responsible for providing strategic and specialist advice on key issues that aim to improve inclusion, accessibility and equity for staff and clients and project manage and support implementation of ogranisational culture initiatives. There will also be an opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders responsible for delivering actions from our Reconciliation Action Plan to ensure alignment with Inclusion and Diversity initiatives.

**What you need to succeed?**
- Degree qualified in a relevant field (e.g. Human resources, social work, psychology, diversity and inclusion, or significant equivalent knowledge, skills and experience).
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives across a large organisation.
- Demonstrated experience leading and project managing employee experience and organisational culture programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate discussions on sensitive topics and manage conflict effectively.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to diversity and inclusion.
