**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join us in our Brisbane office (Southbank). This is a permanent full-time position and is responsible for structure, maintenance and reporting of designated projects.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Understanding of the project contract
- Monitor and validate project costing including overheads
- Generate claims as per client specification and contract
- Provide support for billing queries
- Liaising with customers for outstanding debt
- Month End Reporting

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Proven experience in similar industries (construction, engineering, maintenance, contracting)
- Experience with SAP is desirable
- Experienced in Excel
- Demonstrated work experience in Project Costing
- Strong communication skills
- High levels of attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and complete work within established timelines
