**We are seeking a well organised Production Supervisor who is responsible for leading & managing the afternoon shift production line operations**. Plus, ensuring safety, quality and operational standards are achieved efficiently and effectively.

**The role will be offered on a Permanent / FT basis.**

**The key responsibilities for the role**:

- Monitoring employee performance and addressing performance issues where necessary
- Rostering of employees
- Training and guiding a diverse range of production team members
- Maintaining and driving a safe work culture across the production floor
- Labour control and managing staffing requirements
- Collaboratively promote and contribute to a range of key performance criteria e.g., Quality control, efficiency, and continuous improvement strategies
- Manage employee performance and development
- Communicate job expectations and train employees and ensure that assigned tasks are completed accurately.
- Identify areas of improvement.
- Experience in a similar role and high-volume environment.
- Highly developed leadership skills
- Excellent organizational skills to actively manage meeting the daily production plan to customer specification while adhering to quality assurance protocols and deadlines
- Strong planning, organizational and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to implement process and improvement initiatives
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done and proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
