About the role
We are looking for a District Wool Manager to support our Southern Tablelands team on a permanent, full time basis.

As a District Wool Manager, you will use your wool sales and marketing knowledge to help our clients achieve their sales & earnings targets. In the capacity of a specialist, this role will guide and develop Branch staff to increase their knowledge of wool.

**Responsibilities**:
As a District Wool Manager, you will;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs
- Manage the client interface and develop strategies for the end-to-end wool sale's process
- Identify and qualify new wool sales opportunities for prospective and existing clients
- Ensure compliance with client allocation process and credit and payment terms for all transactions
- Assist Area Management with setting wool sales targets and identifying growth opportunities
- Attend ram sales and advise clients regarding purchases to maximise clip return

About you
To succeed at Elders, you will have:

- Demonstrated experience building strong client relationship
- Expert knowledge of clip preparation (review and presentation)
- A solid understanding of ram and sheep selection
- Strong understanding of risk management practices
