**About the Role**

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Sales Assistant / PA to support a top-performing Director. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll gain real exposure to high-value deals, while learning everything you need to know to become an agent yourself.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Assisting with multiple land property deals and appraisals each month
- Coordinating client communications, inspections, and legal documentation
- Managing CRM updates, listing uploads and confidential data entry
- Leading outreach and prospecting across social media and LinkedIn
- Supporting existing relationships across a 230-property portfolio
- Attending weekly sales meetings (7:30am Mondays) and being a trusted right hand to the Director

**About You**

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

- Have experience in real estate (residential or commercial)
- Hold a minimum Cert IV in Real Estate Practice
- Have your own car and a valid driver’s licence
- Are organised, proactive, and great with people
- Are confident on the phone and open to learning and growing
- Have full Australian working rights.
