**Adaptable Care** is a NDIS support worker company dedicated to providing exceptional care and assistance to participants. We are currently seeking a professional and reliable support worker to assist multiple Ndis clients within Melbourne's inner western suburbs.

Role Details:

- Location: Western suburbs
- area
- Schedule**:Tuesdays**:6.30-8.30 deerpark, weribee 10-1. **Wednesday**:5-7pm deerpark. **Thursdays**:10-1 werribee, 3-6pm Carlton. Friday: 10-1 weribee/altona.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized support and care aligned with the participant's needs and goals
- Proactively address issues and report them to management in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed, comprehensive, and high-quality notes to document progress and care provided
- Demonstrate forward-thinking and initiative in providing creative and effective support solutions

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in working with children, ideally within the NDIS
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Current Police Check
- Current First Aid Certificate
- A valid driver's license
- Relevant cert 3 or 4 in individual support or disability support.
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive and forward-thinking attitude
