We are currently seeking experienced support workers in **Werribee VIC 3030** who have experience working with high behaviours of concern, complex care requirements and community access & would be highly regarded if you're happy to travel to Sunshine, Seddon, Melton etc. but not limited to these areas.

We have a variety of day shifts available Monday - Sunday. Great rates of pay (casual rates $35.00 - $40.00 per hour (based on experience) + penalty rates on weekends).
- Please note the shifts we are requiring coverage for are between 2 hours & 3 hours each. We are looking for staff who can do 2-3hrs in the morning, afternoon & evening.

**Requirements for this role include**:

- Previous experience in a similar role (_>1 Year_)
- Previous experience in Challenging Behaviours (_desirable but not essential_)
- Ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
- Ability to speak second language will be an asset.
- Certificate IV in Disability, Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (_highly desirable but not essential_)
- HLTAID011 Provide First Aid (_Completed within 3 years_)
- HLTAID009 CPR (_Completed within 12 months_)
- VIC Working With Children Check (_Employee_)
- Police check (_Completed within 6 months_)
- Drivers licence with access to a reliable vehicle.
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Evidence of COVID-19 Vaccinations 1 & 2

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates
