**About the Role**:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated **Female Disability Support Worker** to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality support and care to individuals with disabilities, helping them maintain independence and enhance their quality of life. Your responsibilities include personal care, community engagement, household tasks, and emotional support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Support clients with mobility and transportation to appointments, social outings, or community activities.
- Implement care plans and follow routines tailored to individual needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and report any concerns to the appropriate team members.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in disability support, aged care, or a similar role (preferred but not required).
- A caring and patient nature with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., First Aid, CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, etc.).
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (if required for transport assistance).
- Must be female due to personal care requirements.

Pay: $35.40 - $37.20 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week

- Working with Children Check (required)
- Full Driver Licence (required)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
