**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As Finance Officer, you will assist accounts payable and receivable to ensure that all invoices and debtors receipts are paid on time and accurately.

**KEY RESPONSBILITIES**
- Daily processing of creditors invoices into Netsuite;
- Payment runs for Weekly Creditors;
- Reconciliation of creditors statements against ledger;
- Collection of outstanding accounts;
- Answer customer questions regarding problems with their accounts
- Follow up accounts receivable queries, including bad debts Assist with allocation and reconciliation debtors ledger, daily banking receipting of cash, cheques collection and bank statement receipts;
- Process all administrative purchase orders;
- Other duties as directed.

**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Possess a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent;
- Have a basic understanding of bookkeeping;
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records;
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software;
- Proficiency in Excel and or Google Docs is essential;
- Have high level customer service orientation and negotiation skills;
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
