**Your Purpose**

As an SEM Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing, and optimising SEM campaigns. Your understanding of Google Ads ensures you’re able to generate great ideas to boost our clients online presence. Your knowledge also enables you to confidently troubleshoot problem accounts. Your previous experience means you can manage relationships clients.

You assist in managing clients and can clearly explain strategy and results. You are also comfortable allocating work to others and keeping a sharp eye on progress and quality to ensure clients receive a consistently high standard of support, and that the reporting and commentary they get is of premium quality.

**Responsibilities and duties**:

- Manage and create Google paid search ads across Tier 1 and Tier 2 portfolios
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance to meet key performance goals
- Monitor the search share and search position and provide necessary tracking and reporting
- Daily optimisation of accounts for continual improvement
- Effectively translate data to make key informed decisions
- Research keyword data using PPC tools and software
- Ensure SEM supports and aligns to the broader digital marketing plan, working closely with the Social Media team members and agency partner.

**Requirements**:

- 2 + experience as a Search Engine Marketing Specialist.
- Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Good time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience working with Google Analytics and managing pay-per-click accounts
- Proven experience in an online e-commerce environment
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
