We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Disability Support Workers to provide in-home and community-based support to our clients.

**About the Role**

As a Disability Support Worker, you will support individuals to live independently in their own homes. This may include assistance with:

- Personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)
- Domestic tasks (meal preparation, cleaning, laundry)
- Medication assistance
- Support with community access and social engagement
- Transport to appointments or outings
- Implementing behavior support plans where required

**About You**

We are looking for people who are:

- Person-centred and empathetic in their approach
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Great communicators with strong interpersonal skills
- Committed to upholding the rights, dignity, and choices of people with disabilities

**Essential Requirements**
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Administration of Medication
- Manual Handling
- Police Check
- Identification Documentation
- Driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent (or working towards)
- COVID-19 vaccinations as per government guidelines

**Desirable**
- Experience in disability, aged care, or community services
- Training in manual handling, medication assistance, or behavior support
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays - 2-to-4-hour short shifts
