We are currently seeking **Experienced Disability Support Workers** to join our team in **MOUNT DANDENONG VIC**.

Experience working with participants:

- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- OCD
- Intellectual Disability
- Behaviours of Concern

We are putting together a dedicated team to provide ongoing daily support. Shifts are available across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and public holidays with 7-day coverage required in the coming months.

We welcome applicants who are committed to delivering high-quality care and creating meaningful routines and outcomes for clients.

We are ideally looking for staff who can commit to 20-30+ hours per week and flexibility to cover sick leave and holiday leave.

**Duties may include**
- Personal care
- Implementing behaviour support strategies
- Supporting structured routines
- Household tasks
- Community access and transportation
- Skill development and social engagement
- Emotional regulation and safety monitoring

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support/Certificate III in Aged Care/ Certificate IV Disability Support (or similar)
- Proven experience working with behaviours of concern
- Valid Working With Children’s Check (or willing to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Current First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain)
- Must have a FULL drivers license and reliable transport
- Full working rights within Australia

Pay: $40.00 - $90.00 per hour
