**About Our Client**:
My client is a growing business under the banner of a global footprint with a diverse portfolio of projects. With a focus on delivering outstanding customer service in a technical project environment, they are committed to innovation and finding ways to stay ahead of the market.
This role will give you the opportunity to steer the commercial operations of the business as they grow their Australian function. Some of your key responsibilities will include;
- Deliver commercial contract outcomes by leading negotiations and minimising risk through contract drafting and establishment of strong vendor relationships.
- Execute a range of commercial activities such as contract drafting, execution and management.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure commercial project viability in areas such as cost control, budgets, billing, contracts T&C's and performance through the life cycle of each project.
- Lead the full suite of contract activities including execution, variations, dispute management and general contract advice.
**The Successful Applicant**:
Importantly, you will demonstrate the ability to work in a start up environment going through constant change so being flexible and adaptable will be critical to the success of this role.
