All of this supports us in our mission to power the world’s marketers with trusted and impactful advertising. **About the role** - Criteo is in search of an goal driven & self-motivated Account Strategist to join our Account Strategy team in Melbourne, Australia. - You will be partnering closely with medium through to enterprise level advertisers & agency partners to understand their marketing and business goals & objectives, and tailor bespoke solutions from Criteo’s suite of Marketing Solutions to address their needs and cultivate a strong and productive relationship with clients & agencies. **Responsibilities** - Primary Account & Relationship owner across medium & enterprise / ASX Listed retailers - Proactively grow Criteo revenue to meet growth targets and maximise retention of clients and/or agencies - Build long lasting trusted-advisor relationships with client & agency contacts - Develop Account Plans for top clients & agencies - Present quarterly strategic media plans to “Head of” and C-Suite stakeholders - Optimise media activity and media mix to generate improved value & results for the client/agency - Regular client meetings to ensure strategy execution is meeting client expectations - Proactively identify and suggest new processes toward enhancing Criteo’s Solutions - Encourage feedback from customers to further strengthen Criteo’s products and services **Requirements**: - At least 5 years proven experience in direct client relationships in Advertising, Marketing and/or Technology - Demonstrated track record of: - Innovation leading to revenue growth and customer retention - Offering outstanding customer service - Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills - Ability to assess and resolve client issues & objections encountered in the role - Strong data analysis & data/insights interpretation skills - You are currently based in Melbourne.
