**About the Role**:
The National Account Manager will strengthen our market position and achieve all sales and profit related objectives. Create, manage and implement solution-based strategic plans to add value to our key National Account customers.

Located at our state office in **Hendra Queensland**, this position offers you the opportunity to manage and advance your career.

**About you**:
With credible and robust sales experience, you will have the talent and tenacity to drive growth and take Bridgestone to the next level. You will demonstrate a customer centric approach to National Accounts Management and value its importance to the business.

To perform successfully in this role, you will need to demonstrate (at minimum):

- Strong negotiation skills ensuring balanced outcomes for all stakeholders
- The ability to identify and negotiate new business opportunities
- The ability to recognise, develop and drive growth within the existing customer base
- Highly proficient in creating and delivering sales, KPI, trend and performance reporting to all stakeholders
- Effective relationship management focusing on creating and sustaining multi-tier relationships with key stakeholders
- The capacity to work at a strategic and operational level
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to build exceptional relationships at all levels
- The ability to communicate and negotiate clearly and effectively
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong time management and prioritising skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
