**Your new role**
- Start date is 31st July
- Hours are Monday - Friday, primarily 9am - 5pm
- Work from home flexibility
- Comprehensive 4-6 week training program
- New office to be based in Sunshine Coast (role starting as remote, then moving to Hybrid within 6 months - 2 days in office, 3 days WFH)

This inbound role involves taking a range of phone calls from customers on unsecured banking products, as a first point of contact. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to the company's clients who have enquiries or concerns related to their banking products or services.

- Proven Contact Centre or high volume Inbound or outbound calls experience
- Proven Customer Service experience
- Strong Communication skills
- Sunshine Coast based
