We are seeking a customer focused and dedicated Medical Receptionist to work across our Peninsula Clinics. This is a part time, permanent position to work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, rotating shifts between 7am and 5.45pm.

What will you be doing?
- Be the first point of contact for patients at reception
- Managing appointments to maximise customer service and clinic efficiency
- Providing excellent customer service and patient care
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues and managers
- Previous medical receptionist experience(highly desirable but not essential)
- Customer service/Administration Experience
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
