**The Role**

Patches Therapy Services are looking for our next Therapy Team Leader in Subiaco, WA. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of passionate and proficient Allied Health Professionals delivering therapeutic interventions throughout the region.

As Team Leader you’ll contribute to:

- Mentoring and coaching of a multidisciplinary team of clinicians
- Providing leadership and developing a culture of professionalism, teamwork, accountability and achievement
- Delivering clinical excellence whilst being supported by a national network of clinicians and support services

We are looking for someone who thinks outside the square and is ready for a challenge. **What you need to be successful**
- **Qualifications in relevant allied health discipline and AHPRA or relevant professional body registration**:

- **Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written skills (clinical progress notes, report writing and case summary)**:

- **Demonstrated negotiation and conflict resolution skills**:

- **Highly developed organisational skills**:

- **Willingness to work within a growing, dynamic transdisciplinary team**:

- **3 years’ recent clinical experience in your discipline**:

- **Be able to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children’s Check**:

- **Current Australian Drivers License**:

- **Current National Police Clearance**

**Desirable**:

- **Experience in a leadership or management role**:

- **Work experience in the disability sector and/or NDIS**:

- **Experience supporting a clinical speciality e.g., mental health, early intervention, home modifications, Augmented and Alternative Communication (AAC), Disability, Paediatrics**:

- **Knowledge of finance reporting, service projections and service planning**
