**ABOUT THE ROLE**
RPS is seeking qualified and experienced client-side project management leaders from project managers, senior project managers and project directors to permanently join our team based in Perth to assist our clients in planning, developing, and delivering projects across the Transport, Water and Energy sectors. These projects include heavy rail, road, ports, and renewable energy.

**ABOUT YOU**

You are a people person and a networker who can build and maintain valuable relationships with your stakeholders. You are passionate about your profession and can produce work to a high standard as an individual, team member or team leader.
**You will have**
- Tertiary qualifications in a construction/engineering or project management-related field;
- Achieved or are able to attain Project Management Certification (PMP, CPPM etc.);
- 8 - 10+ years Previous client, consultant, or contractor-side experience in the Transport, Water or Energy Sectors;
- A strong understanding and proven experience with a range of contract forms (e.g. EPC, PPP, D&C);
- Strong communication and leadership skills;
- Demonstrated ability to provide accurate and timely management reports;
- Design management and stakeholder management experience;
- Exceptional organisational, client engagement and relationship-building ability;
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deliverables in a timely and efficient manner;
- Commercial acumen;
- Ability to use Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook with Microsoft Project desirable
