We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Leading Hand to join our experienced Gas team.

**Your New Career**

The Team Leader has the duty of overseeing the team consisting of Mains & Service Layers, Skilled Gas Fitters & various other trades to ensure the successful completion of various new and replacement gas Mains and Services Projects across Western Australia. As a leader in the business, you will prioritise safety, timely delivery, staying within cost parameters, meeting quality standards, and ensuring client & end-user satisfaction.
- Provide Service & Mains Laying support and leadership to the relative crews.
- Foster constructive relationships by maintaining clear communication with crews, management, and stakeholders.
- Plan, manage, and execute replacement program works while safety, compliance with quality standards, resource efficiency, and reporting requirements.
- Demonstrate safety leadership by managing and reviewing SWI’s, permits, procedures, toolbox talks, and daily pre-start meetings.
- Report and monitor workplace hazards, risks, issues, and incidents.
- Ensure that all onsite activities adhere to the pertinent safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
- Provide training and development to the Team.

**Your Skills**
- Previous Experience as a team lead in Mains and Service Gas Installation
- ATCO ML/SL 1&2 Accreditation highly desirable
- Construction White Card
- Drivers Licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical examination.
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of OHS requirements within the Civil industry.
