**About the Role**
The National Revenue & Growth Manager
**,** reporting to the Founder & MD is responsible for empowering and inspiring the team to grow revenue across diverse revenue streams, to engage supporters and to grow donor and revenue base.
The role aims to develop a whole org customer centric approach to growing revenue. They must support the team to be advocates with a focus on positive experiences for all, improve ROI and discipline in the pursuit of results.
Working alongside Senior Leadership Teams to implement major projects including but not limited to inaugural fundraising major event (‘Everyone Day’),
This role is part of the team responsible for the strategy, end-to-end conceptualisation, development, execution, and post-event analysis of fundraising major event (‘Everyone Day’), currently targeted for full GTM launch in October.
This role will focus particularly on development and implementation of the Revenue & Growth strategy.
Including:
- Retail / FMCG/ Industry Partnerships
- Corporate Volunteering
- Major Events
- Appeals, including disasters
- Charity Revenue - fee for service
- Philanthropy & Government
This position is critical to the success and growth of the fundraising and marketing activities that drive revenue and growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Successful recruitment, development and retention of key team members and a results focused culture embedded
- Leadership of the team including direction of their activity, measurement of success and development of individuals and the team
- Lead the development of the whole organisation revenue and partnership strategy leveraging brand strength, digital and data insights and customised customer/partner journeys to achieve growth across all income streams particularly in sustainable revenue.
- Identify opportunities for potential revenue growth through actively engaging with existing supporters and securing new partners with an emphasis on high ROI
- Actively drive the implementation of strategy through business plans and budgets including planning and coordinating the revenue/sale/fundraising activities each year.
- Inspire and equip the team to work in high quality and consistent manner using our CRM Salesforce to manage relationships and draw insights from for increasing and identifying growth opportunities
- You work with the team to scope ideal partner targets and potential ambassadors for year 1 and subsequent years.
- Participate as a highly engaged member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
- Contribute to the strategy & plans
- You will represent the organisation at meetings, events and functions.
- Campaign & events successfully occur as per annual plan
- Major appeals are successfully planned and rolled out in an effective and efficient manner
- New revenue activities are identified including the development of “Everyone Day’
- A significant partner management plan is built, communicated and implemented
- Trust & foundation support grows and meets target outcomes
- An effective CRM delivering regular reporting and donor intelligence
- Online fundraising programs are developed and implemented
- Fundraising Financial KPI’s are met delivering philanthropic growth ( to be set annually as part of the budget process)
**About You**
**Essential**
- Expertise in Revenue, Sales ,Marcomm Digital, and proven ability to drive growth.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing & Communications or related discipline
- 8-10 years’ experience of sales/marketing/ business development and revenue generation in a commercial environment
- Experience managing high-growth businesses and various marketing and communications activities to underpin brand promotion and protection
- Experience in strategy development and implementation
- Proven track record in achieving growth using a ‘data as central’ mindset and digital platforms & tools
- Naturally creative and curious with a track record of adopting innovative strategies and approaches
- Passionate about the mission to reduce need and waste
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written-in order to effectively communicate to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
