**Job Description**:
**Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver a multi-year strategic technology roadmap aligned to and enabling the Vet strategy.
- Ensuring the solutions, technology and service delivery are fit for purpose and meet the business needs.
- Deliver the technology stream for any integration of new business leveraging the IT Team and partners.
- Foster a “cut through” mentality and balance agile delivery models with more rigid governance models to enable speed to value for IT initiatives
- Manage licensing and subscription compliance
- Day to day IT service delivery ensuring service levels are clear and support models are in line with agreed delivery standards
- Manage appropriate governance forums cascading into Vet IT SteerCo
- Develop and manage relationships across Vet IT vendors and partners
- Ensure contracts are fit for purpose balancing cost, quality and defined service delivery metrics.
- Establishing a culture of continuous improvement
- Manage and develop the Vet IT Team
- Responsible for the financial budget for Vets IT

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years experience in senior IT leadership roles responsible for delivering a portfolio across Projects, Application and Service Delivery
- Familiar with ITIL, SDLC, Agile delivery and project methodologies
- Supplier management with integrated service delivery
- Worked in one or more of the following industries: Healthcare, Retail, FMCG
- Tertiary qualifications with relevant degree and /or masters
- Broad IT industry knowledge and awareness

You are a results-oriented leader with the ability to develop positive, professional relationships across varied stakeholder groups. You are a natural problem solver who enjoys planning and who also thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. You like being held accountable and want to work in a team that is comprised of genuine, hardworking and talented leaders.
