About the role
Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to be responsible for the day to day activities of the group, providing a high level of administrative support to the members of CCRG and the projects led by the group. Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken in order to ensure high quality, safe, services and workplaces.
About you
- Manage appointments, schedule meetings, coordinate and book meeting venues and organise catering.
- Prepare, update and distribute meeting agenda to appropriate committee members, take accurate minutes of meetings and disseminate to committee members.
- Liaise with study Sponsors, Investigators, Manager CCRG, clinicians and Director CCRG to ensure all HREC and regulatory requirements are met, to advise of the status of submissions, and as required.
- Process finances of research projects including liaison with researchers, Business Manager, Critical Care, The Prince Charles Hospital Foundation and collaborative partners.
