**Key Responsibilities**
- Category Management: Lead and optimise procurement strategies across assigned categories.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with management teams and clinics to drive procurement efficiencies.
- Risk Identification & Mitigation: Proactively assess and manage risks within supplier agreements and service contracts.
- Spend & Supplier Management: Oversee spend under management, price lists, contract negotiations, invoice reconciliation, and consumption tracking.
- Supplier Optimisation: Implement initiatives to improve supplier performance and deliver cost and service efficiencies.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Stakeholder Satisfaction: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring procurement solutions align with business needs.

**Skills, Attributes, and Experience**:

- Proven experience in procurement category management, indirect spend categories a bonus.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to drive cost optimisation and improve supplier value.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience in governance, compliance, and risk management within procurement.
