Job Description

**Your opportunity to join our team**

We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our dedicated team at the Further Processing Facility in Thomastown. These roles are vital to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our freezer or chiller areas.

As a Forklift Operator in these temperature-controlled environments, you will be responsible for safely handling and moving materials, maintaining the integrity of our products, and supporting the team in meeting production demands.

**Working Hours**
- Shift times will range between 6:00am - 2:40pm or 7:10am - 3:40pm

**Daily** Tasks**
- High-reach forklift operation
- Picking and packing using RF scanning
- Manual handling duties -lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, and reaching
- Comfortable working in a chilled or freezer environment
- Storing and maintaining materials, equipment, and tools
- Identifying and escalating Food Safety & Quality issues, hazards, and risks.

**You will bring to this role**
- Hold a current LF forklift license with high-reach experience
- Comfortable working within a cold environment
- Performing repetitive tasks
- Understand and follow instructions and procedures
- Work well within a team environment
- Communicate well both written and verbally
- Flexibility to cover various shifts when required
