Are you ready to make an impact? We’re seeking a **Pricing Analyst** to become a key player in our **Mass Markets Pricing and Initiatives** **team**. Help us deliver strong, consistent returns for our shareholders and employees while empowering individuals to build and protect their dreams.

**This role is a full-time, 12-month contract role based at our Collins St office in Melbourne CBD.**

**What you’ll do**
- Build pricing rates and algorithms into the pricing engine
- Design test cases and execute to ensure that all prices sent to customers are accurate and in line with promises made
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues, Product Managers, underwriting and actuarial
- Work with Sr. Advisor/Analyst to develop, recommend and implement effective pricing strategies to achieve financial and business objectives
- Assist in the preparation of portfolio business cases with impact analysis and recommendations for key business stakeholders
- Understand business requirements and system constraints to design pricing solutions
- In-depth analysis of internal and external data
- As directed support and implement all assigned pricing initiatives/activities
- Completing ad-hoc analysis requests to solve business problems
- Support Strata Rate Reviews & analysis

**What you’ll bring**
- Strong quantitative, analytical, business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced project-based environment with multiple priorities
- Effective communication, stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
- Insurance industry experience desirable (1-3+ years)
- Strong software skills preferred (e.g. SAS, SQL, Excel)
- Excellent work ethic
