
Customer Success Representative

PaidRight exists to restore trust between employers and employees when it comes to pay. We envision a world where employee payment compliance is a given and payroll data drives business optimisation.
We are a small, well funded company that services some of the biggest names in the country and are currently looking for people to join our exciting team.
**What you'll do**
Support across the Customer team for all customer success management matters, including things like:
- Learning to understand the needs, goals, and issues each customer faces & assisting our team in delivering with excellence
- Participating in meetings with customers, keeping notes and tracking actions
- Project coordination including data entry & task management
- Preparation of customer related communications
- Assisting with discovering & implementing improvements to customer experience
- Working with the Product team to inform prioritisation decisions
- Working with the Growth team to assist through the sales pipeline
- Other ad-hoc tasks & projects when the need arises
**Requirements**:
Ability to empathise with our business customers to understand & advocate for their needs
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- Solid experience with G-Suite or MS Office
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Preferably - Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
Level of Experience
This is a junior role with the potential to develop into a Customer Success Manager over the long term, or alternatively remain as a support role. There is no requirement for previous job experience, but equally we welcome applicants with previous experience if the role seems suitable for your aspirations.
