The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity in the new ly created role for someone who love process, drive change, and have a deep understanding of media, ad operations and the content supply chain.
Reporting to the APAC Head of Marketing Technology & Strategic Initiatives this role will be an integral part of the APAC Center of Excellence (COE) responsible for driving outcomes across the content supply chain and digital channels. I mmediate focus will be on process improvements to streamline and evolve the content supply chain and drive digital and channel performance by evolving process, analytics, insights into proven business outcomes.
Stakeholder management will be paramount as you i nteract directly with marketing stakeholders, channel owners, content teams, operations teams, internal analytics and analyst teams as well as driving outcomes from vendor partners.
You will enable operational capabilities and processes needed to track, measure and optim ise paid and owned digital campaigns, events across the content supply chain with a focus to uplift engagement and grow pipeline.
What you’ll do
Drive key processes improvement and new system initiatives that support content supply chain and digital performance
Support quarterly planning a cross the campaign, digital and shared services teams in the APAC region
Ensure campaign performance in analytics platforms are set up, optimised and ready for teams to manage day to day monitoring of campaigns to review the performance of our content and campaigns and to identify and optimise outcomes
Connect campaign plans, content, digita l through data and analytic to inform and drive COE strategy
Maintain short-term and long-term visions and strategies for digital campaign enhancements
Assist with team enablement and adoption across new process
Provide guidance and assist partner vendors in ensuring campaigns are setup and launched properly for optimal tracking and reporting
Support digital demand campaigns to include optimi s ation activities and performance enhancement s through the use of data analytics
Assist in the development and implementation of new methodologies and process improvements t hat drive business outcomes
Provide insights and recommendations on improving system efficiencies with all internal and vendor partner teams across digital and the content supply chain
What you need to succeed
Experience in B2B marketing
Proficient in some of the following ad tech and analytics tools e.g. Adobe Analytics, UTM, Audience Manager, Integrate, Power BI (or similar) ( need confirmation on what tools we are using to deliver campaigns)
**Familiarity with Adobe too ls**: AEM, Workfront, Marketo Engage, AEP desirable
6+ years digital or media operations experience, or campaign delivery and process
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with Marketing, Web, Data Analytics and S ales to drive results and lead adoption through collaboration within cross functional teams
Data-driven mindset with a desire to learn and grow
Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills
Strong leadership, time management and critical thinking skills
