**We're Looking for a Social Media & Content Manager**

**We’re building a fashion brand for women who do it all - and we need a social media and content manager who can do a little of everything, too.**
We’re two best friends building a functional yet beautiful underwear brand for periods, leaks, and everyday life. We’re currently in pre-launch (sampling stage) and already seeing strong engagement on our early content - but we’re ready to take it to the next level with someone who loves social media, storytelling, and shaping brand identities from the ground up.
We are offering equity in the business - because we want you to have ownership, not just a role. This is a chance to get in early, build alongside the founders, develop your portfolio and shape the public face of something that will revolutionise how we think about women's basics.

**What you’ll do**
- Lead and execute our organic social media strategy (primarily TikTok and Instagram)
- Regularly appear on camera as part of our content - helping build the brand’s presence
- Plan, shoot, and edit short / long form video content and image carousels
- Stay across trends and translate them into relevant, on-brand content
- Collaborate with us on storytelling, creative direction, and growth strategy
- Help develop our content strategy across pre-launch, launch, and growth phases
- Turn raw ideas and rough notes into polished, on-brand content

**You might be a fit if you**:
- Are Sydney-based and excited to create content IRL with us
- Are comfortable appearing on camera as one of the faces of the brand
- Have strong creative strategy and content planning skills
- Have a sharp eye for what performs and how to tell visual stories
- Have the ability to create eye catching, trend-led content
- Can confidently edit engaging content (CapCut proficiency ideal)
- Have experience using digital marketing platforms and CRM integrations (preferred)
- Are well-versed in social media trends, analytics, and growth strategies, with the ability to interpret analytics to inform strategy, not just report on it.
- Are self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable working independently
- Have experience in social media or digital marketing (preferred)
- Are currently studying or hold a degree in marketing, media, comms or similar (preferred)
- Have the necessary equipment to film and produce content
- Want a role where you’re building something with long-term potential
