**Job Summary**:
In this role you provide people management, support and coordination to a small but dedicated Administration Team in order to successfully deliver the administrative support functions required by the Division.

**About the role**:
You will provide direction and supervision to the administration support team in the delivery of core administration services that enable the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the Operations & Service Delivery (OSD) division.

You will be responsible for driving the optimisation of resources and development of procedures to deliver high quality administrative support to the division, as well as the continual enhancement of process, systems and capability within the team.

**About you**:
Your experience should include:

- Significant experience in providing administrative support to a large multi-disciplinary group;
- Leading office or corporate administration services;
- Proven examples of developing, implementing and improving processes, procedures and systems;
- A demonstrated ability to manage varied stakeholders and successful liaising with a leadership team; and
- Previous experience in a supervisory role would be beneficial.

Qualifications:

- You will be required to have a Diploma in Business Administration qualification or similar.
