Today, we are a multi-brand accommodation group operating 17 hotels (and significantly growing) across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.

Starting as soon as possible, you’ll report to the Multi-Site Hotel Manager and work actively to support them as the people leader and operations expert of the hotel. You’ll play a crucial part in the pre-opening and ensure smooth operations from moment the doors open.

- Brand new hotel development on Keilor Road, Essendon North

Your day to day
Reporting to the Multi-Site Hotel Manager, you’ll be part of a small team of genuine people, looking to create lasting memories and exceptional experiences for each and every guest.
- Oversee the front office and housekeeping departments inc. complaint escalation and problem-solving, team management and training, rostering & timesheet approvals
- Provide a high level of guest services to guests at check-in, check-out, and during stay
- Create new ways to leave guests with a lasting memorable experience
- Use your inquisitive nature to identify new sales leads, encouraging the team to do the same
- Respond to emergency situations in a safe and professional matter
- Build strong and authentic relationships with your teammates and our guests
- Provide support and assistance to the Hotel Manager in higher-level hotel management and admin tasks, in order to prepare yourself for a future Hotel Manager role

**Salary**: From $25.16 per hour
