**Overview of role**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic manager to oversee the running of the Fizz Kidz Essendon Studio and join a vibrant and growing team As the Studio Manager at Fizz Kidz, you will lead and inspire a team of passionate facilitators, ensuring smooth studio operations and exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities include training staff, managing inventory, maintaining a clean, organized environment and resolving day-to-day issues. You will be responsible for ensuring parties run smoothly by ensuring the roster is maintained and stepping in when Facilitators are absent.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Train and onboard Party/Program Facilitators to ensure they understand their responsibilities.
- Oversee and ensure that the Facilitators are effectively executing their duties ensuring that all parties and programs run smoothly and that customers have a positive experience.
- Organise rostering and being responsible for ensuring facilitators attend their scheduled shifts.
- Show a strong presence in the Studio and run on average three parties a weekend, including rostering yourself with new staff to support the training of new facilitators.
- Find replacements for absent Party Facilitators if needed, or step in to facilitate parties if necessary.
- Facilitate Fizz Kidz parties and programs.
- Speak to parents and guardians to provide excellent customer service.
- Oversee inventory and general store management, including ordering and ensuring that all required equipment and supplies are stocked.
- Resolve day-to-day problems that arise at the studio, including issues with facilities, inventory, or customer service.
- Attend weekly 1:1 meetings with the Chief Operations Officer.
- Maintain a clean and very well organized studio environment, before, after, and where possible during events.
- Manage and motivate a team of Facilitators, ensuring they feel supported and happy in their role.

**Requirements**:

- Weekend Availability
- Available to manage staff calling in sick, questions or concerns over the weekend
- Increased availability during the school holiday period.
- Be available to attend weekly 1:1 meetings with the Chief of Operations.
- Ability to organise and manage a roster on the Fizz Kidz software to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle and organise inventory and general store management.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to parents and guardians.
- Exceptional problem solving abilities to handle any issues that come up at the studio in a timely and effective manner.
- Have a valid working with children’s check.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
