THE ROLE
CSR has an exciting opportunity at our Gyprock manufacturing site for a Production Manager to join our team in Yarraville, Victoria. You will be working very closely with another very experienced Production Manager on a Monday to Friday basis with a flexible start time 6am-7.30am.
As a Production Manager you will provide people and process leadership to the Gyprock Yarraville Cornice, Plasters & Compounds Production teams. You will ensure the team's health & safety, the environment, and CSR's code of conduct are never compromised.
The role must ensure shareholder value is achieved by delivering all CSR's safety, sustainability, customer service, product quality and plant performance targets for the Yarraville Cornice, Plasters & Compounds (includes Acrylics) production activities. You will lead and manage the Cornice, Plasters & Compounds production teams, (24x7 operations, Approx 20 Operators, 2 Supervisors).
To be successful, you will come from a Production background and have excellent people management and problem-solving skills as technical support will be required.
