Brand Collective is looking for an Area Manager to oversee up to 10
**Shoes & Sox stores** across WA As a Shoes & Sox Area Manager, your key objectives are to drive sales, lead a winning culture & develop people internally for future success

**What you’ll do**

Every day in the Shoes & Sox Retail Team involves something different, however, your day could look something like this:

- Lead a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by recommending strategies to improve performance across sales, staff, stock & systems
- Drive, coach and deliver exceptional customer service standards for your region
- Achieve KPI targets and ensure staff are aware & trained on the importance of KPI targets and how to achieve theM
- You will have succession planning & talent management plans in place for all your direct reports
- A capacity to prepare monthly rosters costed to achieve store budgets
- Manage any escalated store or customer complaints if need be, ensuring they're dealt with promptly and professionally
- Be confident managing all aspects of the employee life-cycle
- Assistance with recruitment
- Help to manage the concession relationship with Myer

**About you**
- Experience as an Area/Cluster or Multi-Site manager in fashion apparel or footwear business
- Previously managed all KPIs successfully
- Strong financial acumen
- Strong communication skills
- Resilience & ability to influence
- People focused & Motivational Leadership qualities
- Ability to think on their feet & move with a sense of urgency
- Make decisions both as a team & independently
- Listen & be inclusive of team/peers
- Strong understanding of retail metrics & industry standards
