**The Role**

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced **Area Manager** to join our team to take responsibility for managing the profitability and performance of up to 7 of our stores across Perth.

We are looking for someone who is results-focused and will help set and drive targets, coach our store managers and look for opportunities for business growth. This is a hands-on and fast-paced role that will see you leading your teams from the front and will report directly to the Regional Manager.

**What are you accountable for?**
- Motivating and guiding Store Managers to drive sales.
- Ensure efficient operation of stores within your area, including KPI’s, stock levels, wages and shrinkage.
- Coach and mentor Store Managers to develop and maintain high performing teams.
- Ensure all stores are maintaining visual merchandising standards to maximise sales potential.
- Recruiting and developing the right people.
- Understand and ensure Company Policies and Procedures are adhered to within your stores.

**What will make you successful**:

- Demonstrated experience in an Area Manager role, preferably within apparel.
- Previous experience managing a portfolio of at least 4-5 sites in high-volume stores.
- Have an empowering leadership style.
- A thorough understanding of KPI’s.
- Strong commercial awareness and a proven track record of delivering results.
- Passionate about people, team development and our customers.
- Outstanding relationship building skills.
- Solution-focused & creative problem solver
- Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills.
- Full Australian Drivers Licence
