FIFO 4:3 Roster - Competitive remuneration package - Opportunity to join an innovative and well-established company Breight Group is currently seeking an experienced **Area Manager** on a full-time basis to join our mining division on 4 days on 3 days off roster to commence ASAP. This role will have its main focus on leadership and customer relationship development. The applicant should also be a strong safety leader in both process and personal safety with a risk-based mind-set. You should be a strategic thinker with good business and commercial acumen & the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment. Quality People Management skills are a must. **You must possess the following**: - Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Supervisory Role at the level of Coordinator or above - A strong understanding and extensive working knowledge of the mining and construction industry is essential. - Manage and Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects. - An ambitious, tenacious, driven leader with a real passion for delivering beyond the client’s expectations. - Model an overriding commitment to health, safety, environment responsibility and sustainable development. - Provide active field leadership, mentoring and guidance to the teams. - Manage high risk activities in a structured and controlled manner utilizing existing business process and systems **Competencies & Experience Required** - Section 44 For Authorised Person - RIIWHS204D - Work Safely at Heights - RIIOHS202A - Enter and work in confined spaces - Current C Class Licence - A high level of professionalism and proven leadership and team management skills - A positive mindset and demonstrated commitment to safety - Strong computer skills/ developing reports **Advantageous** - Scaffolding experience & qualifications - Shutdown supervision experience on Iron Ore Mine sites - Cert III in Frontline Management - BSBMGT401 - Show Leadership in The Workplace - RIIBEF402D - Supervise On-Site Operations - RIICOM301D - Communicate Information *** **The Future is “Breight" with Breight Group** - At Breight Group we are strong believers the next leaders are already employed by us, that is why we offer development opportunities for our employees so they can progress and grow in the organisation. _ - Breight Group is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to a diverse workforce.
