**What will you do as a Paralegal?**

In Australia, we work with a variety of businesses providing corporate transactional, advisory and contentious legal services across infrastructure and construction, energy, financial services and employment.

As a part of a Paralegal pool, you will provide valuable support on specific projects for their duration and dependent on your availability. This will primarily be with the Construction Advisory and Disputes group, however, you will also have the opportunity to work across our other practice groups as well as gain exposure to our international offices. At Pinsent Masons we like to consider Paralegals for Graduate roles, so this opportunity could lead to a Graduate position in the future

Your tasks include but are not limited to:

- Conducting legal and general research
- Preparation of legal documents for review and approval
