**The Opportunity**

Based at our Trade Centre in Osborne Park, inner northern suburb of Perth, your role will be to troubleshoot, service and repair our customers spray machines and other equipment. You will also provide product advice and support the store team to ensure the continued growth of the business. Dulux Group will provide you with Product and Service Training.

This hands-on role will see you:

- Troubleshooting and Repairing equipment in the workshop
- Servicing equipment
- Working with Trade painters offering service and product advice
- Providing technical support to both the Store and Trade sales team
- Maintaining the workshop and spare parts supply
- Ensuring high levels of customer service are maintained

**What you will bring and develop**

We are looking for someone who has a blend of mechanical skills and hands-on ability, good communication and people skills and the natural want to help customers with their needs. You will be known for being self-motivated and your ability to take ownership of your work.

**Ideally you will be able to demonstrate**:

- Equipment repair and service experience, or a Mechanical aptitude, not necessarily with spray equipment
- Related experience in machinery / hydraulics / pumps / small engines
- Problem solving and troubleshooting
- Confident communications and the natural ability to build rapport
- Physical fitness - lifting is required.
