As part of the data conversion team, you will be managing data conversion requirements from legacy HCM (RTBS) to Workday.

You will work as key conduit between the System Integrator and the data conversion technical team to translate these requirements into extraction, transforming and loading (ETL) solution, also performing data analysis and validation.

Our client is a large and reputable organisation and are searching for two of these analysts (along with a lead), as part of this big piece of work.

As part of the data conversion team, you will be managing data conversion requirements from legacy HCM (RTBS) to Workday.

You will work as a key conduit between the System Integrator and the data conversion technical team to translate these requirements into extraction, transforming and loading (ETL) solution, also performing data analysis and validation.

Our client is a large and reputable organisation and are searching for two analysts (along with a lead), as part of this big piece of work.

**Your primary duties will be**:

- Work closely with global process leaders to define the scope of data to be converted from legacy systems into Workday data structure
- Own the completion and consolidation of the data conversion workbooks, ensure the integrity and accuracy of data before SI imports into Workday
- Lead and guide the Regional workstream to define scope of data to be converted from offbox systems into Workday data structure
- Responsible for mapping data between Workday and legacy systems, ensure data mapping adherence to configurations in Workday
- Lead and guide ETL tool (Syniti) developers to translate data requirements into extraction, transforming and loading (ETL) solution
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify data discrepancies, inconsistencies, and data quality issues during the conversion process.
- Active participation in identifying and troubleshooting data conversion issues, working closely with ETL developers and functional teams to resolve system-related issues and ensure the successful completion of data conversion activities
- Collaborate and support the global process leaders, local system SMEs to cleanse data, validate and reconcile data loads and resolve defects

**You will bring**:

- Experience working as a Workday Data Conversion Analyst or similar
- Strong understanding of Workday data structures or similar, including core HCM, recruiting compensation, learning, performance and talent modules
- Demonstrated proficiency in understanding of business processes and security in Workday
- Experience with ETL processes, data conversion tools and data integration
- Demonstrated excellence in analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to details and committed to data accuracy - must have
- Experienced in agile ways of working
- Self-motivated and proactive
