**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Oversight**: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency across all functions.
- **Staffing & Talent Management**: Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of high-performing team members. Develop and implement staffing strategies to meet the evolving needs of the business. Coordinate workforce planning, scheduling, and training initiatives to build a robust and agile team.
- **Team Leadership**: Mentor and supervise staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- **Process Improvement**: Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to enhance productivity.
- **Data-Driven Decision Making**: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational strategies and improvements.
- **Budget & Resource Management**: Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to support strategic objectives.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with various departments to ensure operational alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- **Technology Integration**: Utilize ERP systems and other management tools to streamline processes and enhance operational performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in operations management, preferably with experience in inventory management, supply chain oversight and customer service operations.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with a track record of mentoring and developing staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using data to drive decisions.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and modern ERP/inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Financial acumen in budgeting and resource management.
