**Your new company**

We're recruiting a passionate educator, Diploma Qualified OR ECT, for a lovely Kindergarten in the Lower North Shore. This Kindergarten caters for children 2 and above and offers a unique cultural experience and the provision of high-quality education and care. Literacy and numeracy are explored through purposeful daily experiences and intentional interactions with educators conversing together in Japanese and English.

**Your new role**

Your role will be to nurture each child’s curiosity, self-discovery, and creativity in an environment rich in languages, music, and vibrant opportunities. You will respond to children’s strengths, interests, and needs and implement a planning cycle for individual children and the whole group of children. This Kindergarten is passionate about inclusive practice and views everyone as a valued contributor to the community.

**What you'll need to succeed**

ECT OR Diploma (ACECQA approved)

Possess a genuine interest in providing children with a great educational start.

Prior experience working with 2 -5-year-old

Current ACECQA approved Child Protection training

Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)

Personable and dynamic with a flair for effective communication at all levels

First Aid Qualification

**What you'll get in return**

Offering $35 /hr - $45 /hr depending on you.

Long-standing Centre Director and staff

Work 8:00 AM - 6:00PM

Close to public transport.
