Scheduling & Administration Support Officer – (Lower North Shore)

We're working with a highly regarded Home Care provider located by the surrounding suburbs of Netural bay and Mosman to Recruit a Scheduling & Administration Support Officer. This is a part-time role offering 32 hours per week across Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, generally worked between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm. While the role is primarily office-based, there is some flexibility to support work-life balance where possible.

About the Role

This is not your typical admin job. You'll be the key link between clients, staff, and service delivery — coordinating rosters, problem-solving on the fly, and keeping operations running smoothly. Every day will bring something new, and your organisational skills, attention to detail, and people-first approach will have a direct impact on client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage staff rosters in ShiftCare, matching skills and availability to client needs

• Respond quickly to unplanned changes and maintain service continuity

• Provide first-class support to clients and staff with empathy and professionalism

• Manage administration, reporting and compliance documentation

• Maintain accurate records and ensure policy alignment

• Assist with clinical administration including progress notes and onboarding

• Provide occasional after-hours on-call relief as required

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in scheduling, rostering, or workforce coordination

• Confidence using scheduling systems and Microsoft Office

• A calm and solution-focused approach when things change quickly

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport

• Organised, adaptable and detail-driven

• EN's or RN's are encouraged to apply

• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

The successful applicant will need to hold, or be willing to obtain:

• Working With Children Check

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

• Current First Aid and CPR certification

• Full Australian working rights
